We believe that after YEARS of practice, playing and manufacturing the game of cornhole, we have found the combination of the best materials at the right price. In building our cornhole sets, we took in a variety of factors, including weight, look, durability, portability, and of course, aesthetics. At BagsNation, we take pride in EVERY set of boards and bags that we make and fully guarantee our craftsmanship. Look at our bags for instance, serger stitched and quality tested. If we didn't believe in our products, we definitely would not have put our name on it.

The BagsNation Difference

Our cornhole boards and made using A/B grade, 5/8" plywood. This is sturdy enough for a full grown man to stand on, yet light weight enough that a young teenager is able to carry these boards without any help. The plywood is then mounted to the frame and any holes or small natural imperfections from the wood is puttied and sanded smooth as a baby's bottom. This becomes our beautiful canvas to create your cornhole game. We use only primer that works best for the final color (ie. Grey ceiling primer is the best choice on darker colors and will not "bleed" through in white speckles) and the highest quality BEHR paint, using a minimum of 2 heavy coats. Our vinyl decals are 5-7 year outdoor vinyl from Avery. Our custom sets have a minimum of 3 coats of water-based polyurethane to ensure a strong seal and weather protection. Our decals do not fade or peel because we have taken the correct steps to stabilize the image. All this effort takes a lot of time so please try not to rush us through this process.

We’re also NOT fresh graduates out of college. We are REAL people with REAL business experience in the corporate world. We are here because we wanted to have fun and do what we do BEST!

You'll notice that we don't spend a ton of money advertising on Google or on other sites. Sure, we put our name out there on some websites, but generally, we rely on a lot of referral business. You'll also notice that the pricing on our bean bags are not the lowest in the industry. We also do not supply any cornhole bags that have NCAA, NFL or MLB teams on them because they are made with the same type of cotton that is found on your bed sheets at home. This material is just not suitable for this game. It is unable to withstand the beating on concrete and cement and therefore, instead of running into quality issues, we choose not to carry them at all. Our bags are also not the cheapest is because we have spend a lot of time and money to produce consistent and excellent quality bags. We had to research numerous fillings, types of stitching, various kinds of canvas and finally, found what we needed for fabric overseas. We do not use canvas from retail stores. We use true 12oz canvas that has been dyed to our color specifications and then imported to the US to be finished our specifications. Our bags are filled using a regularly calibrated instrument and acrylic thread that has proven more durable than polyester.
